
This week’s recipe is a national favorite and it is good for every hour, coming from the state of Minas Gerais enjoy pão de queijo!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of milk
1 cup of water
1/3 cup oil
1 tsps salt
500g tapioca flour
Grated cheese
3 whole eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Boil the water and milk, then mix it with the tapioca flour. When cool, add the grated cheese and eggs. Mix it with hands until it turns into a glue like dough. Make it into little balls, and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until it is golden.
