Mousse de Maracujá Recipe

This week’s recipe is destined to satisfy your sweet tooth: passionfruit mousse. Present in Brazilian parties, lunches and dinners, this dessert has French origins and has had many versions through the years. The Brazilian adaptation is a national favorite, made with what might be our favorite sweet ingredient: condensed milk and the best thing about it is the fact that it is easy to make.  

Ingredients:  

200 ml passion fruit juice  

1 can of condensed milk  

1 can of table cream 

Directions:  

In a blender, add the passion fruit juice, the condensed milk and the sour cream, mix it until homogeneous. Put it in a bowl and refrigerate it for at least four hours. Then enjoy it with friends and family.
