Chocolate French cake

Typical desert or snack in France, this cake is melting and very generous. Guaranteed success !

Ingredients :

200 g black chocolate pastry

100 g butter + one walnut for the mold

3 eggs

50 g flour

100 g sugar

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

In a saucepan, melt chocolate and chopped butter over very low heat.

2nd step

In a salad bowl, add the sugar, the eggs, the flour. Mix.

Step 3

Add the chocolate / butter mixture. Mix well.

Step 4

Butter and flour your mold then pour in the cake batter.

Step 5

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 6

At the exit of the oven the cake does not seem cooked enough. This is normal, let it cool down and then unmold it.
